Tina Suiter, President of Write Brain Solutions

Tina Suiter

Tina is the founder of Write Brain Solutions. One might say, the brains of the operation. Tina has spent almost four decades in the trenches of corporate America as a member of creative teams, in agencies, and in a variety of leadership roles. Tina has spent the last 10 years in marketing leadership roles in new home construction. But her career began much earlier.

Her first job out of college was a Box Office and House Manager position for a 2,400-seat auditorim. The auditorium hosted acts from Itzaak Pearlman, to Gordon Lightfoot to Symphony series, and international speakers. Tina was responsible for show promotion, accounting and staffing.

Next came work at a Boca Raton PR firm where Tina started as an design assistant in the art department and was promoted to Promotions Coordinator managing events for then Florida Governor Bob Graham, among other clients.

Fast forward to door to door sales as an Account Executive for The News or Delray Beach. Advertising sales allowed Tina to meet every business owner in her downtown territory and showcase her skills in graphic design and copywriting. She met everyone in town and that paid off, leading her to her next role.

After building relationships with Delray’s downtown business owners, Tina was hired as Delray Beach’s first Downtown Coordinator. The role put Tina in charge of marketing the downtown redevelopment district. With an office in the local Chamber of Commerce, Tina managed the merchant’s association, coordinated downtown events, and launched a major public relations campaign to support the efforts. Delray would become a model city for downtown redevelopment across the country.

The high-profile Downtown Coordinator position got the attention of Delray’s City officials and Tina was hired as the city’s first Public Information Officer.
In this role, Tina was the spokesperson for the City of Delray Beach, often on camera on the evening news and quoted in local newspapers. It was intensive on-the-job training that would prove beneficial for years to come. Outside of managing the city’s internal and external communications, Tina worked on numerous city committees and helped to organize and promote city-wide events.

Following her role as PIO, Tina set aside her career to be present in her most challenging role – the mom of two children. When she wasn’t being mom, she was volunteering in leadership roles with a nationally recognized fine arts festival. Her volunteer work included booking national performing artists, creating and expanding a corporate sponsorship program to support the festival, managing public relations and marketing, and leading a large and dedicated group of volunteers.

When the kids were older, Tina returned to work as a Promotions Director for three radio stations in the Cumulus Broadcasting network. She coordinated events and did voice-over work at the stations.

Next came something completely different – a role as the Membership, Marketing and Events Director at a high-end, golf country club in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Tina spent three seasons courting and touring new members, planning club events with catering and entertainment, and even running a children’s summer camp.

And lastly, Tina took on a role in the marketing department of Holiday Builders. Initially hired to manage a direct mail program, Tina was the only “creative” member of the department and quickly grew her role. There was a lot of potential for growth and Tina took full advantage of the opportunity moving from Marketing Specialist, to Social Media Strategist, to Corporate Communications Manager. She spent 10 years immersed in the business of new home construction, eventually retiring from the company in March of 2026.

A love for the Arts

The arts have always had a place in the forefront of Tina’s world. Tina was behind the production of free concerts at a Florida-based nationally recognized fine art festival. Tina managed the booking and promotion of national touring artists like Grammy winners Asleep at the Wheel, John Waite, Rodney Crowell, Marty Rayborn, Junior Brown, The Georgia Satellites, Lee Roy Parnell, Will Kimbrough, Grayson Capps, and Sam and Ruby.

These days she serves on Art in Public Places, a citizen’s advisory board for the Brevard Cultural Alliance. The board oversees the selection of art work to be placed in public and private businesses throughout Brevard County. When Tina’s not handling marketing and public relations, she’s performing as a singer/songwriter as a solo artist or in collaboration with Marcy Brenner in the contemporary folk duo, Little Sister. Tina is also a fused glass artist.
